Life is Beautiful

This is another technique / trick used by ineligible candidates at a responsible position to avoid insults / weaknesses.

The phrase is: Don't you start blame game? 

The difference between BLAME and FACT is a very fine line. 

When a FACT passes through a EGO LENSE, the human wearing that EGO LENSE sees the FACT as BLAME.

I should admit here that, some time it may be a BLAME, but today most of the time, they are FACTS projected as BLAMES.

For Example: Talking to a HUMAN who has become (due to administrative strategies) or throwned (by influence rather than by Intellectual Contributions) as a Professor  - If a student cross questions his integrity in the field, the Professor will resort to the above phrase, rather contemplating about his weakness put before him by the student. 

This just an example - I faced this problem all my life. Employee/Employer Relationships, Wife/Husband relationship, Parent/child relationship and most of the human relations take a beating at some point of time and the relatively powered people use this as a strategy to avoid/escape/supress the situation. 

The problem is: lack of clarity, Lack of understanding, lack of introspection, lack of knowledge, ignorance. 

The solution: to become sportive - consider that: You are the chosen one where there is an opportunity to learn and climb the ladder to become a better character rather than getting entangled forever into the EGO. 

Life is about Learning, Responsibility and Loyalty. 

Just because, we cannot be perfect, we need NOT avoid the thought or the attempt to PERFECT any aspect on earth - inside or outside.
