What!! Are you Crazy ?? Love is ignorance. Come on!! You got to be kidding.
if you want to get tuned to this discussion, read these two blogs:

- Art-Ignorance, Science-Consciousness & Technolog -Self Control
Yes!! Love and Hate, both are ignorance:
Simple analysis works:
Lets analyze:
Introspect: Thats where you have to start:
Go deep into your past and all thoughts and identify what prompts you to like, hate and/or love some thing.
You should also be conscious of the fact that we are still lacking some words and phrases which do not describe the right feeling. May be that when you use the word 'Love' may not be the one which needs to be in that place. May be 'infatuation' is more apt to that situation.
At the bottom you will realize that:
- There was a want inside you which you could not reach
- There was a desire which you could not fulfill
- There was a wish that you had some thing or you got some thing
- There was a comparison with surrounding, if I were like him/her, if I was him/her, if he/she was with me
- when you want to experience some thing etc etc.
When you find your want/ wish/ desire/experience getting fulfilled in another individual in your surroundings, you will
either generate attachment, admiration, adoration, become possessive of the individual you found to possess what you wanted. That attachment / admiration/ adoration or possessivity is renamed as LOVE from then on.
There is further stratification of the intensity of this want. Based on that it scales from simple 'hi' through 'infatuation', 'love' to 'extreme sadistic possessivity'.
but why should 'love' be considered ignorance?
Simple: You are falling prey to your wants /desires/wishes/ possessivity and are unconscious about the facts hence it is ignorance.
Yes, if you 'absolutely' know why you are craving/wanting/desiring/wishing what you are wanting, and further to this, you are also absolutely conscious of the responsibilities and duties associated with it, then it is definitely 'LOVE'.
When you 'love', you never say 'I dont know' which is ignorance.
Bottom line: Individualistic love is selfish and is ignorance. An altruistic love such as universal brotherlihood, etc is definitely 'true love'.
Sarve janah sukhino bhavantu - how old is this sanskrit verse - so old is our understanding about the subtle feelings of human psyche.
So, to Students: I dont say, you dont love, but try to be conscious that your so called love is 99% infatuation or a fullfilment of a requirement which you have been craving for. Nothing more. You may be far far from LOVE.
