We are nervous -> we are loosing our confidence.
Why are we loosing confidence -> Confidence is built on reasons and facts around us, we have been exposed to and we have made our selves conscious of all those reasons. Most of the time, we will not be conscious of all the reasons and fact which is the culprit here.
Further, it is limited in the interpretation - Half knowledge is weak and dangerous - Hence CONFIDENCE is dangerous.Depending on Confidence is always Risky.
These current reasons and facts you are conscious of, have proved weak. They are NOT sufficient to give you enough energy to keep up the confidence.
Hence, you are in a confused state.
You have not processed your thoughts properly.
Lack of clarity i.e confused state i.e unprocessed thoughts or half-baked thoughts is Depression/Nervousness.
The solution is "Patience".
Why Patience:
The reason is: It is extremely difficult to build one self based on Faith.
What is faith: The reasons and facts based on Absolute Truth (what is truth - click here).
Looking/Studying/Observing towards truth steadfastly, persistently is Faith.
Faith can be realized only when Confidence fails to support / proved its weakness or one should be knowledgeable about the existence of Faith and Confidence apriori.
